How do I activate my account?
To validate your account, once you have red the Webmasters Terms
and Conditions section, click to accept our terms during the
sign-up process.
Do I have to post a signed contract?
No, you don’t, once you have agreed online to our Terms
and Conditions.
Can I get paid even if my account isn’t activated?
No you can’t. Your application must be complete and you
must wait for an email conformation from us in order to activate
your account and receive your commission payments.
How do I get paid?
At the start of each month, we check the amount of commission
earned during the previous month. We then send you an invoice request
indicating the total amount of money we owe you. Upon reception
of the request, you must send us the invoice for the amount indicated.
You must send us an invoice in order to get paid.
How do I make the invoice?
If you are a company or self-employed we suggest you use your
regular invoice form.
You must mention the name and issuer of the invoice, the beneficiary
(Studio Presse BP6444- 75064 Paris Cedex 02, France), the date
of issue and description ( affiliation program payment, month,
year).
Do I have to include the VAT in my invoice?
Only if you are a French registered company.
Do I have to send an invoice every month?
No you don’t have to. You can wait a few months and make
only one invoice for that period by adding the previous months,
don’t forget to specify each individual month and its corresponding
amount.
What format can I use to send my invoice?
If you are a French resident, by law you must send the original
document by post. For all other affiliates, you can either post
it, fax it (+33 (0)140 39 02 59) or send it by email at antoine@studiopresse.com in Word doc, Excel file, PDF or HTML format.
How do I know if you have successfully received my invoice?
We will send you a confirmation message upon reception.
When can I get paid?
You will get paid once there is a minimum of a 100 euro payable
to your account. You will not be charged for the transfer costs.
What do I need to do to get paid?
You must wait for your account to reach a total of 100 euro minimum
then you can send us an invoice. If it takes more than a month
to reach the above amount then specify each month's amount individually
on the invoice. You don’t have to send an invoice each time
your account reaches a 100 euro, you can choose to wait and send
us the invoice when you are ready. If you send invoices with an
amount inferior to a 100 euro, we will keep them on record and
we will wait until you send us more invoices. Once the total of
your invoices reaches a 100 euro we will pay you.
When do you transfer the money?
In order to transfer your money no later than the 30th of each
month, we need to receive your invoice before the 15th. Any invoice
received after the 15th will be paid on the 30th of the following
month.
How do you transfer the money?
We transfer directly the money from our bank account to yours
if you have previously given us a BIC and IBAN number. We can credit
your credit card account, your Paypal or Epassporte account.
In which currency do you make the payments?
For account to account transfers you get to choose the currency
that suits you, Euro or Dollars. All Epassporte payments will be
made in US Dollars.

How can I check how much money I made?
You can check your stats at anytime at www.citebeur.net with your
email and password. You will be able to see how much money you

What is a “multi-site offer”?
We offer a multi-site system which means that every member can
access and purchase on the whole of our VOD websites using the
same login and password. You will get a commission on the spending
made on the whole of our websites by the customers you sent us
, regardless of the webiste(s) you chose to advertise for us.
How do you calculate my payments?
Each customer who has clicked on one of the links, banners or
galleries that you have put on your site(s) will be linked to your
affiliated account in our database but only at the condition that
this client hasn’t already created an account prior to being
redirected through your website. You will benefit from a commission
on his spending for a period of 3 months if the client is an EU
resident and 4 months for a non EU resident. For each ticket bought
on our websites during the above period you will receive a commission.
The commission rate applying for VOD purchase (all taxes include) from EU customers is 25% and 30% from a non EU customer. The commission rate applying for DVD and accessories purchases (all taxe included), on CITEBEUR shops, is 10% for both EU customers, and non EU customers.
Each EU resident transaction will be made in Euro. Each non Euro resident transaction will be made in Dollar.
Payments will be made on a monthly bases, no later than 30 days after the last day of the previous month.
How to identificate my affiliated websites, in my links ?
When you open an affiliate account, you
have to enter the url of the affiliate sites you intend
to use to promote our sites. From there, you can choose
between two systems to track the visitors and clients
you send us :
1. The referer
Whenever
a visitor arrives on any of our websites, our server
identifies and records the upstream site it is coming
from. If the visitor comes from a website that you
have registered while creating your affiliate account,
we open a session to track this visitor. If the visitor
opens an account on any of our websites during this
session, he is associated with your affiliate account.
From this moment, any purchase of this visitor on
any of our sites is associated with your affiliate
account and your are credited with related commissions
during the revenue sharing period.
2. The code
Our program automatically
grants an individual code to each affiliate sites
registered in the account opening process. You can
add any of these code in the promo tools' url that
you use to promote our sites. Whenever a visitor comes
from one of the promo tool you have tagged with this
code, we open a session to track this visitor on our
sites. If the visitor opens an account on any of our
websites during this session, he is immediately associated
with your affiliate account. From this moment, any
purchase of this visitor on any of our sites is associated
with your affiliate account and your are credited
with related commissions during the revenue sharing
period
Is there a deadline for me to claim my commissions?
Yes there is. Our Terms and Conditions section stipulates that
you must claim your commissions within a period of 12 months. After
the above period of 12 months you will loose the right to claim
those commissions.
